This workshop covers foundational elements of the handstand and much of the fine detail and nuance of balancing, alignment, and mindset. As everybody and every body are different, personal attention will be given to inform you of key areas to focus. Through drills and training, you’ll integrate lessons into practice and into the body.
Brian discovered his love for handstands in 2011 and later spent over three years training and teaching handbalancing at the San Diego Circus Center in California. While he no longer trains, his love for the art of handbalancing continues through sharing his knowledge and assisting others on their quest to balance upside down. Brian also really enjoys slacklining, sitting in cold water, music, and cats.
This Workshop is for anyone, from those beginning their handstand journey through those working on a one-arm handstand.
