Candlelit Yin + Healing Frequencies with Kristen Kalisee Priya : This deep yin practice intentionally matched with Solfeggio healing frequencies seeks to help practitioners release stuck subconscious tension, emotions, and thoughts from the body and spirit. Travel deep into inner space while learning to be held and present in the container of your physical body. Yin yoga is a functional practice, meaning the postures are adjusted to fit the body, rather than the other way around. The practice is slow and passive and all poses are held for 3 minutes or more to reach the yin tissues of the body. Expect deep, not easy. Appropriate for all levels.
