Warrior flow with Kelsey

This class is inspired by the Sun Salutations of the Ashtanga Primary Series. Starting with Pranayamas to awaken the energy centres of the body, we move into a strong Warrior Flow. Class slows down with some gentle opening poses to settle the nervous system before closing with a meditation on the Yamas and Niyamas.
