Rock Climbing

Rock climbing is an exploration of the self. It is not only a tool to deepen our connection to nature but also to help us make conscious decisions and overcome our fears. The philosophy of rock climbing and Yoga is surprisingly similar. Rock climbing is often described as the unification of breath, concentration and the intuitive movement of the body in a flow state. Our 15 outdoor climbing routes are suitable for beginners and rock climbing enthusiasts alike. This is offered at The Yoga Forest’s unique location perched above and below the ginormous cliff faces. To ensure your safety you will be guided by one of our highly trained instructors, who can guide you through different forms and skill levels of climbing; Including Top Rope, Lead climbing, Belaying and Rappelling. All Rock Climbing tours include: 3 hour private instructor and full set of equipment (shoes, harness, rope, etc.)
